Public School Credit in a Private School Environment
No other private school in the area is able offer fully transferable public school credit like Living Water College Preparatory. We are proud to be one of only a few Texas Tech University ISD Node schools worldwide.
This particular course of study is fully accredited and must be accepted by any public school in the state of Texas (both colleges and high schools). The greatest benefit is that the student is not locked into the normal year-long schedule, but can accelerate at his or her own pace and complete a year-long course in far less time.
Acceleration is also enhanced by the availability of Credit By Examination (CBE) where a student can simply test out of and receive credit for a subject in which he/she already has competence.
Graduates of this program have demonstrated stronger SAT/ACT test scores than state and national averages.
